Hountz Concrete is a second-generation concrete construction company committed to quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Our doors were originally opened in 1993 by Scott’s father and mentor, Melvin Hountz, pouring foundations for confinement hog buildings. Melvin continued working in the agricultural market, along with the occasional home foundation, for the following 7 years. The company eventually transitioned from pouring agricultural foundations to home foundations, exclusively.

Scott began working alongside his father at the young age of 16 and continued to grow his knowledge in the concrete construction business. At age 25, Scott became the sole owner and operator of Hountz Concrete and has continually worked to advance the company with new technologies, including becoming a Certified ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) Installer.
